Returns & Exchanges
All products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition. Returned items must be suitable for resale and show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to, name designs and custom symbols or designs that are not part of the main product collections available on the website.
For products from the main collections of the website:
Items purchased in their original and default design are eligible for return. Changes in metal type (such as white gold, yellow gold, or rose gold) are considered part of the default configuration and remain eligible for return. However, if the default gemstone is changed, the product will not be eligible for return.
Products that show any damage caused by improper use, handling, or storage are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Damage:
If a product is damaged during the shipping process, the item will be reviewed and, upon confirmation, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the customer.
